eSUN PETG filament

eSUN PETG is a 3D printing filament produced by the China-based eSUN company. PETG is a modified version of the popular PET polymer (Polyethylene terephthalate). PETG includes glycol, which is added to PET during polymerization. It results in a clear, less fragile and simple-to-print thermoplastic.

eSUN PETG is characterized by high-impact resistance, great mechanical strength, flexibility, good temperature resistance, and tenacity. It is inodorous and hydrophobic, reducing the risk of clogging. It flows smoothly and provides you with good layer adhesion. It features low warping and shrinkage rates. Transparent and glossy, it is 100% recyclable and provides consistent printing results. It combines the benefits of either PLA- and ABS-type materials.

eSUN PETG is compatible with almost any FDM 3D printer, from desktop to industrial ones. It is used to create flexible and durable products, such as food and cosmetics containers, electronics, and more. Read on for further specs and print settings.

The filament is available in 1kg or 3kg transparent spools with two different diameters: 1.75 and 2.85mm. It has a dimensional accuracy of 0.05mm. The clear bobbin allows monitoring the filament usage.

Like all the eSUN filaments, eSUN PETG ships in a resealable bag with a desiccant pack included. In this way, the filament spool stays dry and free from dust. You can also store it inside the original packaging when not in use.

For some filaments, color availability might change. In case of any questions, please get in touch.
