The Anycubic Photon M3 Premium is the latest addition to the Anycubic Photon M3 series of LCD-based resin 3D printers. Featuring a large build volume and incredible print quality at an affordable price, the M3 Premium implements quite a number of smart functions and technologies, which makes it one of the most interesting models in the desktop resin printing market.
The printer is equipped with two linear Z-axis rails and a ball screw mechanism, providing smooth and fast movement and allowing for print speed of up to 95 mm/h and Z-axis positioning accuracy of 0.005 mm.
10" 8K monochrome LCD matrix provides a stunning XY resolution of 28.5 microns. The new Anycubic LighTurbo 2.0 light source system delivers over 90% average light uniformity and eliminates aperture pattern issues, ensuring even layer curing and stable print results without loss of detail. To increase the lifespan of the light source, the Photon M3 is equipped with a cooling system keeping the temperature within 65 °C.
The Photon M3 Premium boasts a resin vat with a capacity of 1350 ml, which is larger than most competitors and appears to be extremely useful when printing large models. Instead of common FEP film, the printer uses specially treated NFEP film providing easier print release and preventing print failures.
The machine comes with two air purifiers with active carbon filters, which are installed in the two slots behind the resin vat. The air purification system efficiently helps eliminate toxic fumes and odors, which is important when working with photopolymer resins.

The Photon M3 Premium can print layers at a minimum height of 10 microns with astonishing XY accuracy of 28.5 microns, the best in the Photon M3 series. Such parameters ensure highly detailed models with incredibly smooth surface finish and sharp edges, and the LighTurbo 2.0 system makes for uniform light exposure over the entire build area, preventing any distortion even on the edges.

The Photon M3 Premium prints with 405 nm photosensitive resins. Apart from a large variety of different resin types offered by Anycubic, the printer can use any other compatible resins regardless of the manufacturer.
The Anycubic Photon M3 Premium features a build volume of 250 x 123 x 219 mm, which is enough for printing fairly large models or batches of smaller parts at a time. The large capacity resin vat allows printing longer without the need to refill.
The Photon M3 Premium features a responsive 4.3" color LCD touchscreen with a clear, well-organized UI. The printer is equipped with USB and Wi-Fi connections and can be operated remotely via the Anycubic Cloud app.
For slicing models, the manufacturer recommends the proprietary Anycubic Photon Workshop software that comes with the printer. It is easy to use and provides all the necessary editing tools, such as adding support structures or hollowing the model.
