The Blackbelt 3D printer is an industrial 3D printer able to produce extremely long parts. It is available either as a desktop and a standalone machine. This powerful device successfully combines FDM technology with a self-designed conveyor belt system for infinite length, continuous 3D printing. This patent pending mechanism enables mass production of the same item with a high level of repeatability.
The printer comes with a sturdy structure made of Bosch ALU profiles and stainless steel parts. The high-precision conveyor belt is made of a carbon-fiber composite. It replaces the typical Z-axis. The machine includes a tilting Y-axis that can be rotated up to 45°C. It lets you print horizontal overhangs with no need for supports. It comes stock with three swappable print heads equipped with 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8 mm nozzles.
With a build volume of 340 x 340 x∞ mm, this printer is ideal for the production of small series and extremely long items. After completing a print, the conveyor built can automatically roll the product off the bed inside a dedicated container. The company offers an optional roller table for additional print support when producing long items.
The printer is sold in three different packages: Blackbelt 3D Printer Desktop Version, 3D printer + support frame, 3D printer + support frame + roller table. Keep reading the complete review.

As they say at Blackbelt, you don’t have to think outside the box, if there is no box. With the Blackbelt 3D printer geometries are possible that can be printed without assembly, glueing and unnecessary supports.

The printer is controlled via the built-in LCD interface. It can work as a standalone device without the need to use a computer.
3D models can be printed from computer via an SD card.
The printer is compatible with the Blackbelt Cura software and works with 3D models in STL, OBJ, DAE or AMF formats. The software is available for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X.
