BLT-S310 3D Printer

Print quality

The BLT-S310 AM machine can sinter layers with a minimum thickness of 20 microns, which lets you produce solid metal parts with smooth exterior surfaces. It is equipped with a 500W laser and precise F-theta lens making for high accuracy and detail of final printouts.

Similar to other BLT devices, the machine is built from robust high-end components, which ensure stable and reliable sintering. The printing efficiency is substantially improved due to the two-way intelligent powder spreading, while the advanced flow field design significantly improves the forming quality.

The BLT-S310 AM machine can be operated via a mounted control unit with a clear and user-friendly interface.

The printer is supplied with the company’s proprietary software package including Magics, BLT-BP, and BLT-MCS. The integrated programs enable smooth build preparation and comprehensive unit control, while also providing numerous handy features. The monitoring functions offered by the BLT-MCS module encompass manual control, autonomous printing, quality inspection, and convenient operation log as well as automatic stitching and grafting procedures. Due to the applied Profinet Telecommunications technology, you can enjoy rapid connection and accurate synchronization when interacting with the machine.
