Cubicon Single Plus 3D printer, also known as Cubicon 3DP-310F, is a new development from the Cubicon company. It is an upgraded version of the Cubicon Single, offering faster print speed and a larger color touch screen. It is a school- and office-friendly device that ships pre-built. It sports in-house designed, module type extruder and nozzle kit allowing for quickly replacing the nozzle without detaching the extruder head. The enclosed, heated print chamber and the firm structure delivers good quality prints and quiet operation. The printer employs an automatic digital control to level the building platform eliminating the need for manual calibration. It includes a powerful air filtering system composed of multiple, built-in filters (Hepa, Carbon and Purafil Catalyst filter) able to eliminate up to 99.97% of airborne particles. It also features a filament detection sensor.
Cubicon Single Plus is an FDM 3D printer that’s been used to print a wide variety of models.
For example, one user printed the Hulk model pictured below. It is a scan of a real toy. The printer has been able to keep all the minute details and skin texturing from the original design.
One user decided to use his Cubicon Single Plus to customize a coffee tamper. Look how stylish it is now.
Cubicon Single Plus is an FDM 3D printer that can print layers at 100 microns. The surface finish is not as smooth as you get with the more expensive printers, but is more than enough for prototyping and household use. The enclosed construction and the air convection feature keep the interior printing temperature constant, ensuring advanced stability and accuracy. The replaceable extruder allows for printing with a variety of filaments.
The Cubicon Single Plus features swappable nozzles. It comes with a standard 0.4 mm nozzle, giving you the best balance between speed and detail.
The print head runs on rods with linear bearings, making the design more simple, lightweight and effective, all characteristics that are desirable in a 3D printer.
Cubicon Single Plus prints with ABS, PLA, flexible filaments, and any 1.75mm filament which can be extruded at 260 deg C or below.
The self-developed extruder comes with a fan for printing with PLA-type materials. By cooling the model down, it reduces warping, stringing and, generally, makes for higher quality prints.
Here’s a fresh 3D print of a Death Trooper made of PLA.
Unlike many FDM printers, the Cubicon Single Plus has a heated print bed and closed print chamber, which means it can reliably print with ABS-type materials. The coated metal plate makes removing completed prints a breeze.

The Cubicon Single Plus prints with 1.75 mm filament, providing you with a wide choice of materials.
The build area of 9.4 x 7.5 x 7.9 inches (240 x 190 x 200 mm) lets you print just about anything, even an accurate architectural model.
The printer comes with a fitted LCD touch screen. Its tilt-angle is fixed at 45 degrees for easier interaction. The intuitive UI design provides more user convenience.
3D models can be printed from computer via USB and WiFi.
The printer is compatible with Cubicreator, Simplify3D software and works with 3D models in STL, OBJ formats. The software is available for Windows and Mac OS X.

Cubicon Single Plus is available in metallic dark gray and milky white.
The printer dimensions are 21.8 x 22.8 x 20.6 inches (554 x 579 x 524 mm). It weighs 55 lb (25 kg). The spool holder is mounted on the inside.
The price of the Cubicon Single Plus is $3,200.00, which is reasonable considering its functionality.
