The myCobot 320 Pi designed by the Chinese-based Elephant Robotics company belongs to the myCobot series of collaborative robotic arms. Alongside , the 320 Pi model is a more advanced and powerful version of the compact consumer .

myCobot 320 models have a maximum load capacity of 1 kg and a working radius of 320 mm. Due to high cost-efficiency and reliability, they can be used not only for educational and consumer applications, but also for commercial purposes, still being rather compact with the weight of 3 kg. myCobot 320 can work up to 8 hours continuously, and safely interacts with people thanks to its efficient collision detection algorithm. Both models are Linux-compatible, have built-in ROS and Python support, and feature Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. They are available in white or black color.

The Elephant Robotics myCobot 320 Pi is based on the Raspberry Pi 4B mainboard featuring a 64-bit 1.5 GHz 4-core CPU that runs on the open source Ubuntu 18.04 software platform. The end of the arm houses the ESP32-based M5STACK Atom development board with a 5 x 5 RGB LED matrix panel, additional GPIO pins, an IR sensor, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules, a programmable button, and a USB-C port. The arm end is equipped with a Lego-compatible connector that expands the cobot’s customization opportunities and allows for quick and easy installation of multiple end effectors, including grippers, suction pumps, sensors, cameras, and much more. You can also use screw threaded holes and M6 screws for end effector installation.
