eSUN black ABS+ filament is a 3D printing material produced by the Chinese eSUN company. ABS+ is an improved version of the standard Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, an oil-based, strong polymer with good impact strength and high-temperature resistance. The plus formulation is enriched with additional materials and additives aimed at increasing its strength, toughness and melt mobility. It results in a more robust material with a better surface finish.
eSUN black ABS+ is produced using advanced technologies. Thus, it boasts a precise and uniform diameter of 1.75mm and a perfectly round shape. It flows smoothly and uniformly. It features a lower shrinkage rate increasing the overall print success rate. It has good oil and heat resistance and is ideal for producing long-lasting parts with large corners. It can be painted and post-processed with ease. It delivers accurate prints with a matt black finish.
As the standard eSUN ABS, the black ABS+ has a high print temperature. You can print with almost any commercial FDM 3D printer equipped with a heated print bed. An additional enclosure increases printing reliability and accuracy.
