The Flashforge Inventor is a fully enclosed dual-extrusion desktop FDM 3D printer that offers a decent build volume of 230 x 150 x 160 mm, which is more than enough for education, household use, and small-scale prototyping. Its modular design and enclosed frame make for a safe and streamlined printing experience. It is equipped with a heated bed, expanding the range of printable materials and letting you create durable parts from ABS and other high-temperature plastics. Besides, its dual extrusion system lets you print in multiple colors or even employ two different materials to build a single model in one go.

The machine also offers several quality-of-life features such as a filament runout sensor, resume printing function, a built-in camera, and a 3.5-inch touchscreen for hassle-free standalone operation. Moreover, the printer can be accessed from a smartphone or tablet via Wi-Fi by using a cloud-based application.

All in all, it is a perfect device for entry-level makers and educational institutions. The printer can be used to produce uniquely designed household items, tabletop models, artworks, accessories, souvenirs, props, cosplay accessories, and much more.

Take a look at a couple of freshly printed models to see what the printer is capable of.

As you can see, the Inventor can print well-detailed models with smooth surface finish, making it a perfect choice for entry-level makers and 3D printing enthusiasts.
