Castable Wax Resin produces easy-to-handle, high-strength models that don’t require post-cure. It supports print at 50 and 25 microns. Set the layer height at 50 microns to print in short times while achieving clinically acceptable accuracy. Using a Resin Tank LT is strongly suggested.
Castable Wax is packed into 1L cartridges.
For successful casting, it is important to take into consideration both the design of the piece and the properties of the material. Formlabs provides accurate setup instructions and print settings for generating a correct print model in PreForm. Also, it offers a complete usage guide that contains all the necessary investment instructions, recommendations, settings, and burnout schedules.
