Materials

KODAK Portrait 3D Printer prints with Kodak ABS, Flex 98, HIPS, Nylon 6, Nylon 12, PETG, PLA+, PLA Tough, PVA, other 3rd-party and other materials.
It is equipped with two different extruders for printing with a variety of materials. The all-metal hot end is able to handle both standard and higher-heat materials, the other one features a low-temperature nozzle which supports flexible filaments. In this way, you will be capable of printing with almost all filaments. Still, the automatic nozzle lifting feature retracts the inactive nozzle clear of the print.
The extrusion mechanism includes a fan for printing with PLA-type materials. By cooling the model down, it reduces warping, stringing and, generally, makes for higher quality prints.

Unlike many FDM printers, the KODAK Portrait 3D Printer has a heated, glass print bed that can be easily removed and closed print chamber, which means it can reliably print with ABS-type materials ensuring high-quality results and repeatability.
One user took an ABS-made test print. It consisted of a collapsible basket which occupied the entire print bed. Despite its dimensions, it kept a good adhesion to the build plate and came out fine and fully functioning.
