The Massivit 1800 Pro is an industrial-grade 3D printer for truly massive manufacture. With the unique Gel Dispensing Printing (GDP) method, the machine produces super-size quality prints at an unprecedented speed — up to 30X the speed of other technologies. Compared to the original model, the Pro version has a wider range of print modes, such as Variable Resolution and Mega Quality — that will be of great use for the signage market, not to mention its immense industrial application capacity. The smart features and enormous build volume of the Massivit 1800 Pro will serve you in the most cost-effective way.

Thanks to the two independent print heads, the Massivit 1800 Pro boasts brilliant workflow flexibility with almost no manual labor. You can control the entire process remotely while getting flawless results due to the advanced automated functions.

Print quality

The Massivit 1800 Pro uses a unique technology that allows it to print layers from 1.3 to 0.8 mm providing opportunities for high resolution mass printing. Unlike its predecessor, the machine introduces new print modes. With Mega-Quality, you choose fast and precise printing of large objects.

The Variable Resolution mode enables you to set multiple resolutions for a single model while preserving excellent quality and strength of the outprint.

 

Materials

As consumables, the Massivit 1800 Pro uses the proprietary Dimengel photopolymer acrylic gel combining outstanding properties with rapid curing.

The build area of 57 x 44 x 70 inches (145 cm x 111 cm x 180 cm) lets you print huge, life-sized models in one go. Thanks to its massiveness, it is possible to produce multiple large items as well.

Printer controls

The Massivit 1800 Pro is equipped with an ultra-large HD touchscreen for comfortable control, with its intuitive interface allowing users to easily manage the printing process.

It is also possible to control the machine remotely via smartphone or tablet. The camera on the print head tip allows for remote monitoring.

3D models can be printed from a computer via the local area network.

The printer comes with the integrated software and one complementary Massivit SMART Pro Slicer license (an additional license can be purchased separately). The software works with 3D models in the common STL file format. Its intuitive UI and automated functions will greatly facilitate the production. You can scale, rotate, and slice 3D files according to one of the chosen print modes as well as adjust print quality and speed. The program includes additional features and modes such as Variable Resolution and Mega-Quality. It also comes with the instant Estimator Tool. The Massivit SMART Pro Slicer is available for Windows.
