The Massivit 5000 is an industrial-grade 3D printer for rapid and quality production. The unique Gel Dispensing Printing (GDP) technology ensures large-scale and fast 3D printing at an exceptional speed of 300 mm/sec. Compared to other models of the line, the Massivit 5000 introduces a wider range of materials and print modes, such as High Definition, Variable Resolution, Mega-Quality, and Mold Mode. The machine will be of great use for numerous applications, including automotive, rail, and marine industries. The enhanced features and impressive build volume of the Massivit 5000 are complemented by high resolution and great accuracy capabilities.

Print quality

The Massivit 5000 takes advantage of the proprietary GDP technology that allows it to print layers from 1.5 to 0.5 mm. Select the new High Definition mode to set the finest layer thickness for extra smooth and detailed prints. 

The machine introduces a wider range of print modes ensuring high accuracy of models. Mega-Quality provides precise printing of large objects in combination with great speed. The level of detail makes props and installations totally realistic.

The Variable Resolution mode supports multiple resolution settings for a single model while preserving excellent quality and durability of the output.

As for Mold Mode, it can greatly facilitate the manufacturing process by working with plaster and concrete castings.

As consumables, the Massivit 5000 uses the proprietary Dimengel photopolymer acrylic gel combining outstanding properties with rapid curing.

The printer comes with the integrated software and two complementary Massivit SMART Pro Slicer licenses (an additional license can be purchased separately). The software works with 3D models in the common STL file format. Its intuitive UI and sophisticated functions will greatly simplify the production process. The program includes additional features and modes such as Variable Resolution, Mega-Quality, and Mold Mode. It also comes with the instant Estimator Tool.
