You can use it to produce rigid yet tough parts capable of return to their original shape after compressing, flexing or stretching. It is the perfect choice for parts that needs to slightly stretch or deflect without cracking.
Tough parts feature low shrinkage, moderate-to-high tensile shear properties, and good elongation. Strong and durable, they also show good resistance under stress.
The UV-sensitive Tough resin has been designed to work with traditional DLP printers, backlit and projector printers alike. It is formulated for both 385nm and 405nm wavelengths. It is compatible with several brands, including Flashforge, MoonRay, Asiga, and Envisontec.

UV DLP Tough resin provides high toughness and medium-to-high tensile strength. The final parts will benefit from both high rigidity and a good level of flexibility. They will always return to their original shape.
Final prints can be cleaned in water and soap. You’ll just need to leave them in water under UV light for 20 minutes or more to remove the surface tack.
The liquid resin should be stored in a dark place away from direct sunlight to preserve its properties. It comes in a 1kg bottle with a non-drip cap.
