PhotoCentric Daylight High Temperature Resin Clay is a photosensitive polymer developed to withstand high temperatures. It is used to produce parts and tools that need to preserve their shape and rigidity up to 200°C, including injection molds. Indeed, it features a high Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT).
It is a Daylight photopolymer, which solidifies when exposed to the visible light spectrum. It has been developed in-house to react with the proprietary DLP projectors used in the PhotoCentric Liquid Crystal 10″, Liquid Crystal HR and Liquid Crystal HR2. It produces optimal imaging and high-quality results.
With high tensile properties and ultra-low elongation, Daylight High-Temperature resin gives the model high toughness and durability. It dissolves in water and soap. Continue reading our review.
High Temperature Resin cure profile has been optimized to deliver high-resolution details and acceptable shrinkage at fast exposures.
The resin sells in 1kg bottles with a non-drip cap. Keep the material away from direct sunlight either when printing or storing it. You can reuse the excess polymer after pouring it through a filter.
After post-curing, Daylight High Temperature features:
