The Phrozen Cure XL is a large-format professional UV curing station. It uses a set of three different UV-LED light wavelengths to post-cure inner, middle and outer layers of a 3D printer resin part. In particular, it adopts a 365nm wavelength for curing the inner section, a 385nm wavelength for the central part, and a 405nm wavelength for the outside, for a total of 150W. This 3-level post-curing process makes for rapid and accurate outputs.
This professional post-curing lamp stands out for its large chamber, which makes it capable of post-curing parts of 11.6 x 11.6 x 17.7 inches (295 x 295 x 450 mm). It has been designed to accommodate parts printed with any Phrozen 3D printer, no matter their sizes. Also, the device is big enough to post-cure models produced with most resin printers.
Simple to operate, the Phrozen Cure XL comes with a built-in one-click digital control system. It includes an automatic turntable, which lets you cure the objects all-around without missing any spot.
The steady design alongside the stable power supply and the dual-fan cooling system enables long-term operation, minimizing the risk of power surges while improving heat dissipation.
