The QIDI Tech i Mate comes stock with a 0.4 mm nozzle, giving you the best balance between speed and detail. The nozzle can be heated up to 250°C.
The print head runs on rods with linear bearings, making the design more simple and effective.
The QIDI Tech i Mate can print with PLA, TPU, PETG, and Wood filaments with a diameter of 1.75 mm.
Its extruder system comes with two nozzle cooling fans for printing with PLA-type materials. By cooling the model down, it reduces warping, stringing and, generally, makes for higher quality prints. The fan settings can be easily managed from the main control panel even while printing.
Unlike many FDM 3D printers, the QIDI Tech i Mate is equipped with a detachable magnetic build plate that provides effortless print removal and good first layer adhesion. Paired with an enclosed print chamber, the machine can reliably print with high-temperature and ABS-like materials.
