OptimScan-3M is a full-color, industrial metrology scanner. It uses structured blue-light technology and two 3-megapixels cameras. It ships almost ready to use. You only need to mount it on the tripod, plug the cable and start operating.
It provides optimal scanning performance. It is able to capture any type of color, texture, and shape. Its great accuracy makes it an optimal solution for industrial-grade inspection in a variety of high-end applications, including military ones. It can perform a single scan in less than two seconds. A complete scan of a small object can take only a few minutes. Larger parts might take more.

OptimScan-3M is a metrology-grade, structured light 3D scanner. It offers an accuracy range from 0.007 mm to 0.025 mm and a volume accuracy of 0.1 mm/m. The top-grade optics allow capturing high-resolution, quality details. The scanner operates at a quick speed, being able to complete a single scan in two seconds.
It allows aligning the captured data automatically using specific reference points or manually.
OptimScan-3M provides three sets of scan ranges: 100 × 75mm, 200 × 150mm, 400 × 300mm. You are free to select the format that best suits your scanning needs.

Connect the scanner to your computer via the USB cable provided and start operating via the dedicated software.
The proprietary software supports fixed scan and auto scan modes. It allows exporting OBJ, STL, ASC, PLY, DGM, and other file formats. It works well on Windows.
