Print quality

The Tevo Flash is an FDM 3D printer that can print layers at 100 microns. The surface finish is not as smooth as you get with the more expensive printers, but is more than enough for prototyping and household use. The metal structure and all the high-end components contribute to obtaining good quality and consistent printing either on small and long runs. The heated bed ensures optimal performances and good adhesion.

The print head runs on rails. The high precision bearing makes printing reliable, fast and precise. It also employs a proximity sensor for better accuracy.

Tevo Flash prints with PLA, HIPS and other materials.

The Titan clone extruder comes with a specially designed fan for printing with PLA-type materials. By efficiently cooling the model down, it reduces warping, stringing and, generally, makes for higher quality prints.

The Tevo Flash has a glass-ceramic hotbed. It comes with an AC heated pad which makes it suitable for printing straight on the plate with ABS-type materials. The heated bed can reach up to 90C in just 90 seconds.

To ensure high reproducibility, we recommend installing an enclosed print chamber. This way the print quality would not be affected by temperature fluctuations as a result of drafts and other factors.
