The AIO Robotics Zeus is an FDM professional 3D printer. It ships pre-assembled and will be up and running just after unboxing. It is a multifunctional device able to scan, print, copy and even fax objects from one printer to another. The frame is made of aluminum and black anodized side panels. The metal enclosure provides rigidity and high stability and increases the quality of the prints. The printer operates as a standalone device and doesn’t require any computer connection. However, it also enables remote operation. It includes a pre-loaded, constantly upgraded software with automatic mesh repair function and a bunch of hardware automation features. It allows multi-material printing by quickly and easily changing the filament during printing. It is web-enabled and employs an integrated customer support Report Button. The one-touch 3D scanning technology alongside the automatic turntable enables 360° 3D captures. The turntable is also used as a printing platform and is automatically calibrated avoiding any manual intervention. It’s successfully used in prototyping and small-scale manufacturing. For example, it was used to print miniatures, figures, jewelry, and some functional tools. Keep reading for a deeper review.

The AIO Robotics Zeus is an FDM 3D printer that can print layers at 80 microns. This way you can produce parts with smooth exterior surfaces. The rigid, closed frame grants high accuracy and ultra-precision, preventing deformation and warping issues. The simplified filament switching system allows changing the filament in less than 20 seconds. You will be capable of printing multi-color objects in a quick and easy way.
The AIO Robotics Zeus has a 0.35 mm nozzle, giving you the best balance between speed and detail.
The print head runs on rods with linear bearings, making the design more simple, lightweight and effective, all characteristics that are desirable in a 3D printer.
The AIO Robotics Zeus prints with PLA and other materials.
The extruder comes with a fan for printing with PLA-type materials. By cooling the model down, it reduces warping, stringing and, generally, makes for higher quality prints.
The AIO Robotics Zeus prints with 1.75 mm filament, providing you with a wide choice of materials. The company offers PLA and PETG plant-based, eco-friendly materials which provide a great surface finish. Otherwise, you can print with third-party filaments as well.
The build area is 8 x 6 x 5.7 inches (204 x 153 x 145 mm). Larger models can be printed in parts and then assembled using acetone (for ABS) or glue (for PLA).
The printer is fitted with a 7-inch, user-friendly touchscreen with an on-board, cloud-connected computer. It provides a real-time preview of the printing model and allows for direct model resizing.
3D models can be printed via USB stick, Wi-Fi and Ethernet.
The printer includes an onboard model viewer, editor, and slicer which enables smooth, standalone operation.

The AIO Robotics Zeus is available in a black and white color combination. Its stylish look makes it ideal for design proofing, rapid prototyping, and research.
The printer dimensions are 21.6 x 14.8 x 15.3 inches (549 x 377 x 388 mm). It weighs 57 lb (26 kg). The spool holder is mounted on the inside.
The price of the AIO Robotics Zeus is $1,500.00, which is reasonable considering its multiple functionalities.
