The BIBO 2 Touch is a professional dual extrusion FDM 3D printer that can print layers at just 50 microns. It is a sturdily built machine with a stationary build platform and 6 mm thick aluminum frame, which grants high printing precision and prevents unwanted vibrations. The dual extruder system allows printing soluble supports and multicolor models. It also lets you employ the copy printing mode, which is expected to dramatically cut the time it takes to print two identical models in one go.
The printer is equipped with a special sensor that will alert you in case a filament run-out has occurred. It is an indispensable feature in case you want to print big. Besides, if the power breaks off while printing, you can simply restart the print and continue the process precisely from where it left off. The BIBO 2 Touch is successfully used in prototyping and small-scale manufacturing. Moreover, it can print dental implants, household items, accessories, props, and more.
One user printed four frogs at a time using two different filaments. As you can see, the frogs are pretty well-detailed and have a decent surface finish.

The BIBO 2 Touch prints with ABS, PLA, PVA, HIPS, TPU, PC, PETG, Nylon, Wood, and other 1.75 mm filaments.
The extruder system comes with two nozzle cooling fans for printing with PLA-type materials. By cooling the model down, it reduces warping, stringing and, generally, makes for higher quality prints. The fan settings can be easily managed from the main control panel even while printing.

Unlike many FDM printers, the BIBO 2 Touch has a detachable glass heated print bed and closed print chamber with removable covers, which means it can reliably print with ABS-type materials. The detachable bed ensures easy print removal, especially when handling intricate or big objects.

The build area of 8.4 x 7.3 x 6.3 inches (214 x 186 x 160 mm) lets you print a single large model or simultaneously create several ones in one go.
The printer is controlled via a large, full-color, touchscreen interface which makes for effortless standalone operation. You can also control the printer by using a Wi-Fi or USB-connected device.
3D models can be printed via Wi-Fi, USB cable or directly via an SD card or USB drive.
The printer software works with all the major slicing software solutions. It supports Cura, Simplify3D and Repetier-Host. The software runs on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux operating systems.
