Ultimaker white Tough PLA is an improved version of the standard Ultimaker PLA filament. It contains special additives that make it as strong as ABS while remaining as easy to print as PLA. It benefits from improved machinability and no warping or delamination. Like its counterpart, it is eco-friendly, biodegradable and non-toxic. Both beginners and experts can use it to print intricate shapes and professional tools with ease.
Thanks to its high hardness and good flexural and impact strength, it is ideal for print large, complex parts that require good mechanical strength. All products printed with Ultimaker white Tough PLA come out with a smooth finish and good print quality. The surfaces are matter than PLA-made ones. It is widely used for functional prototyping, rapid manufacturing, tooling, and more. The low melting temperature of 151 °C lets you print it on both heated and non-heated bed.
It is compatible with either the Ultimaker S5 and Ultimaker 3 series of 3D printers as well as with third-party FDM 3D printers. It features a 2.85mm diameter and comes in 750g spools.

The Ultimaker white Tough PLA filament is supplied in 750g spools. Each spool is NFC tagged. The NFC chip allows identifying the loaded material immediately. In addition, it provides you with the optimized printing profile of each filament. It also tracks material usage displaying the amount of filament available directly on the printer.
