The Voltera V-One is an all-in-one PCB printer. It arrives pre-built with some cut-to-shape and pre-drilled template boards, giving you the possibility to operate just after unboxing. It has been designed to dispense conductive and insulating ink and solder paste to effectively print two-layer circuit boards. It is a one-button device, extremely easy to use that will streamline the circuit board prototyping. You’ll only have to load your Gerber files and the printer will start laying down the silver-based conductive ink of your circuit. The printer is equipped with swappable extruders held in place by a magnetic mechanism, which can be replaced in a snap. It also features a self-made probe and a heated platform, which cure conductive ink and reflows solder paste. It can print both on solid and flexible materials. It is a great tool for hardware makers and hobbyists, allowing them to speed up the development time of their projects and reduce time to market. The solder paste dispensing and reflow functions allow creating your board or mounting components on an existing, prefabricated one too. With its compact design, it will comfortably fit on your desk giving you the possibility to print your circuit boards fast and with ease. Many companies and hardware professionals have already chosen it to produce custom circuit boards in a short time. Read more in our detailed review.
This is a demo print of a two-layer flexible touch sensor. The double-sided flex PCB has been printed on a 5-mil adhesive-backed Kapton with Voltera’s flexible conductive ink. The result is great and highly accurate.

The Voltera V-One is a PCB printer that can print substrates at 100 microns. This way you can produce boards with accurate substrates. The self-made, high-precision probe ensures flow control and provides a height map of the substrate. This map is then analyzed to make some minor adjustments and provide a constant height of 100 microns. The ink flow control is done by a rotating dispenser able to apply and relieve pressure.
The print head runs on rods with linear bearings, making the design more simple, lightweight and effective, all characteristics that are desirable in a 3D printer.
Voltera V-One prints with Solder Paste Alloy, Solder Wire Alloy, and other materials. Its quality equipment allows printing on rigid materials, including glass, ceramics and FR4 and flexible ones like Kapton.
The Voltera V-One PCB printer only works with own-brand, chipped ink cartridges. This ensures quality, as all the branded materials go through a strict quality assurance process.
The build area is 5 x 4.1 inches (128 x 105).
The printer has a single control button. It operates through a USB-wired computer.
3D models can be printed from computer via USB cable.
