WANHAO Duplicator 4S is an FDM 3D printer with dual extrusion system. As part of the Wanhao 4x series, it includes all its benefits while including some useful upgrades, like enhanced electronics and 1/16 micro-stepping motor control. It shows a partially closed case with additional top cover, which makes it a fully enclosed printer suitable for high-temp materials. The solid metal structure grans stability, durability and high accuracy reducing vibration and warping issues. It is equipped with a self-made, MK10 Dual-Extruder set for multi-material and multi-color printing. The dual-extrusion system enables support printing. It has been realized using high quality, improved components, which ensure higher performances. For example, the upgraded extruder has been created from scratch. It is composed of a variety of custom manufactured parts optimized for printing with 1.75 mm filament. It has been designed to ensure better layer alignment and, thus, higher resolution prints. The improved linear shafting drive system and the self-aligning, sintered stainless steel bearings aim at top-grade positioning accuracy and stability.
