Delivery Terms

Freight is included for all dock to dock shipments. If a liftgate or other special equipment is needed to complete delivery, additional charges might apply.

Opened products, software or data cannot be returned for credit or refunds. Printers and supplies are sold as is and all sales are final. Defective software media will be replaced by the software manufacturer under the terms of their warranty.

All 3D items purchased are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Please contact the manufacturer if you need service or support. Top 3D Shop will provide you assistance in contacting the manufacturer upon request. Nothing should be returned to Top 3D Shop without a valid Return Authorization. All items returned without a valid Return Authorization will be refused and returned to sender at the senders expense. Top 3D Shop reserves the right not to accept any product for return. All returns are subject to Top 3D Shop inspection and acceptance.

Equipment warranty: 3D printers, scanners, finishing accessories etc come with a manufacturer's warranty. Post warranty or preferred warranty plans are provided by the manufacturer itself. In some cases Top 3D Shop provides service agreement options for the end user/customer.

Buyer of 3D printing system has carefully evaluated the system that is being acquired and understands its features. Top 3D Shop does not allow a cooling off period for any of the 3D printers. 

All sales are final once the system has been picked up or delivered to the end user. Any returns, must be approved by the manufacturer, and the user can be charged a re-stocking fee, if approved, in the amount of up to fifty percent of the purchase price.

Consumables are not covered under warranty and must be ordered separately. Materials that are used in the troubleshooting of a printer are not reimbursable. Should any of the materials be found to be defective, by the manufacturer, they are covered under manufacturers warranty.

Top 3D Shop follows manufacturers policies strictly with regard to any consumable returns and all such requests have to be approved by the manufacturer.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In the case of items sold with shipping and handling included or as part of a promotion, those fees will be assessed and deducted from any allowed credit or refund.
