Anisoprint 3D printers: the next level of 3D printing.

Anisoprint 3D printers are continuous fiber 3D printing devices designed to produce engineering-grade components. Produced by the Russian-Luxembourgish Anisoprint manufacturer, they allow creating strong, lightweight load-bearing parts at convenient prices replacing heavier metal components.

The company was founded in 2015 with a clear mission: developing advanced industrial manufacturing technology for continuous fiber 3D printing. Thanks to this technology, both industrial manufacturers and professionals should have been able to produce optimized critical parts impossible to manufacture in other ways. This is why Anisoprint patented Composite Fiber Co-extrusion (CFC) technology and 3D printers were born.

Anisoprint’s CFC technology

The own-brand process is a combination of the prepreg method, commonly used to reinforce composites with impregnated resin, and co-extrusion. Specifically, it reinforces thermoplastics with continuous prepreg fibers resulting in a strong composite with higher fiber volume and low thickness.

Thanks to this technology, Anisoprint 3D printers are capable of processing composite materials creating lattice structures with varying intersections of the ribs. This results in the production of industrial-grade anisotropic parts with high mechanical properties and low weight.

Anisotropic parts perform better in one-dimensional structures because they feature different physical properties depending on the directions. They behave better in the form of grids or lattices that consist of one-dimensional ribs.

Anisoprint 3D printers

The company currently supplies two different 3D printer models, ProM IS 500 and Composer.

ProM IS 500 can print high-temperature composites within a large build volume of 600 x 420 x 300mm. It is an industrial device safe to use and extremely reliable. It prints fasts enabling quick production of fiber-reinforced components. It features swappable print heads for both CFC and FFF 3D printing.

The Composer series include the Composer A4 and A3, which mainly differ in sizes. The A4 adopts a 297 x 210 mm build plate, while the A3 build plate measures 460 x 297 mm. Composer printers let you print end-use strong components that offer better performance than parts produced with metal or non-optimized composites.

Anisoprint 3D printers are perfect for both industrial manufacturing and individual use in fields where a high level of performance and customization is required. Anisoprint 3D printers are widely used in the automotive and aviation industries, sports equipment manufacturing, and more.
