The AXIOM DUAL Extruder is an FDM professional 3D printer. It features a Core XY motion system for higher stability and a large print volume of 305 x 203 x 241 mm. It is equipped with an independent direct drive dual extruder system, which allows for multi-material and multi-color printing. It features a patented enclosure that ensures optimal printing conditions. Thus, it is capable of printing with a variety of functional thermoplastics, such as polycarbonate and nylon. It provides some quality-of-life features for a seamless 3D printing experience. Namely, it includes Wi-Fi connectivity, automatic bed leveling before every print, and user-friendly LCD interface. It’s successfully used in prototyping and small-scale manufacturing. For example, it was used to print a variety of automotive parts, engineering tools, usable products, and final prototypes. The AXIOM DUAL Extruder is an FDM 3D printer that can print layers at 40 microns. This way you can produce parts with smooth exterior surfaces. The patented chamber ensures temperature stability to reduce the risk of warping while providing excellent print quality. The upgraded dual JrX hot ends can be controlled independently and are optimized to avoid clogs. The dual extrusion configuration is essential for printing dissolvable support structures.
For example, it allows producing engineering-grade parts with water-soluble supports, just like this Porsche G50 Transaxle.

The AXIOM DUAL Extruder 3D Printer comes stock with a 0.5 mm nozzle but you can easily swap to an optional 0.35 mm for highly detailed print.
The print head runs on rods with linear bearings, making the design more simple, lightweight and effective, all characteristics that are desirable in a 3D printer.
AXIOM DUAL Extruder 3D Printer prints with more than 40 types of filament, such as ABS, PC, PP, Nylons, TPE, TPU, and other materials. It gives you the possibility to print parts with your end-use material.
The extruder comes with a fan for printing with PLA-type materials. By cooling the model down, it reduces warping, stringing and, generally, makes for higher quality prints.
Unlike many FDM printers, the EVO 22 Large 3D Printer has a heated print bed, which goes up to 140°C, and a closed print chamber, which means it can reliably print with ABS-type materials.
The extruder has a maximum working temperature of 599 °F (315 °C), which means it can print high-temperature materials like PEEK, ABS/PC, PEI, carbon fiber and glass fiber.
The AXIOM DUAL Extruder prints with 2.85 mm filament, providing you with a wide choice of materials. It supports most third-party thermoplastic consumables for more design flexibility.
The build area of 12 x 8 x 9.5 inches (305 x 203 x 241 mm) lets you print huge, complex shapes in one go.
The printer is controlled via PC or the built-in LCD interface.
3D models can be printed from computer via Ethernet, Micro SD, USB Cable, and over Wi-Fi.
The printer works with the dedicated APEX software. It works with the main common 3D model formats and runs on both Windows and Mac OS. Linux users will have to install a virtual machine or other software.

AXIOM DUAL Extruder 3D Printer is available in white. Its stylish look makes it ideal for engineering, automotive, and other professional uses.
The printer dimensions are 19 x 23 x 19 inches (483 x 584 x 483 mm). It weighs 62 lb (28 kg). The spool holder is mounted on the back.
The price of the AXIOM DUAL Extruder 3D Printer is $5,195.00, which is reasonable considering its functionality.
