The BASF Ultrafuse PP GF 30 is a polypropylene-based composite filament reinforced with 30% glass fiber. The material features high stiffness and allows producing light-weight, dimensionally accurate parts. Excellent resistance to chemicals as well as high heat resistance make it a perfect solution for the use in harsh environments, for example, in automotive industry. Due to UV resistance and low moisture uptake, parts made of the Ultrafuse PP GF30 can be used outdoors and exposed to direct sunlight.

As the Ultrafuse PP GF30 is an abrasive material, a hardened nozzle should be used for printing. The recommended nozzle temperature is 240–260 °C, and PP tape or PPGF adhesive for the print surface are highly advisable.

The BASF Ultrafuse PP GF30 is ideal for many industrial applications requiring high performance in unfavorable environments. It is used in transportation, automotive, oil and gas industries. The material is well suited for production of tools and assembly fixtures as well as for manufacturing of sports equipment to be used outdoors.
