BlueCast LS LCD/DLP 500g

The BlueCast LS is a castable 3D printing resin specially designed for LCD and DLP devices (Formlabs/SLA option available). The material ensures smooth production of light, highly detailed parts with thin walls. Moreover, it is fully compatible with dental burnout cycle and dental investments. Due to impressive casting quality, LS requires minimum post-processing.

The resin provides negligible shrinkage and great dimensional accuracy, which makes for perfect reproduction of fine detail. The BlueCast LS shows virtually no expansion and emits no odor during the burnout process. A minimal amount of ash residue does not exceed 0.003%. In addition, the material contains no toxic or irritating components and comes solvent-free. The resin prints in a violet color, resulting in a pleasing appearance of the objects printed.

The BlueCast LS can be widely used in various design projects requiring high accuracy and detail. It works great for both jewelry and dental applications and is particularly effective when dealing with filigree, engravings, micro-reliefs, and watermarks with a minimum thickness of 0.2 mm. Due to its high definition and consistency of surfaces, the resin allows you to print investment patterns for small yet intricately decorated jewelry pieces, such as medals, coins, rings, and more.
