BOFA 3D PrintPRO 4 Fume Extraction System

The renewed BOFA 3D PrintPRO 4 is a high-quality fume extraction system designed to be used with large-format industrial 3D printers. The machine offers high air-flow rates that can be adjusted for a particular application, and is suitable for a number of additive manufacturing processes, such as material extrusion, powder bed fusion, vat photopolymerization, binder jetting, and material jetting. Due to its efficient multi-stage filtration system, adjustable air-flow rate, and high operating pressure, the system provides industrial-grade performance, effectively absorbing potentially hazardous emissions and ensuring a safe and odorless working environment. 

With three levels of filtration, the 3D PrintPRO 4 is equipped with a polypropylene pre-filter with a 96% efficiency at 2 microns. It captures large particles thereby increasing the life of the HEPA filter, which comes next and has an efficiency of 99.997% at 0.3-micron particle size. The last stage is the activated carbon filter that absorbs toxic gasses and odors, and then the purified air is expelled through the exhaust outlet at the bottom of the unit. All the filters can be easily replaced, and the filter change indicator lets the user know when it is time to do it.

The BOFA 3D PrintPRO 4 is a compact device with a durable powder-coated steel body. It features quiet, energy-efficient operation, and provides high versatility with the possibility to 3D print your own connectors to fit your printer. The print instructions are available free of charge in five different sizes with bolted or adhesive mounting options. For greater flexibility, the device is equipped with lockable castors, which make it portable and convenient to use.
