The XFAB2000 is an SLA professional 3D printer from the Italian DWS company. It comes ready to work. No calibration is needed. You’ll only have to unbox the machine, fill the resin and launch your first test print to enjoy its quality. It features a patented technology powered by the Solid State BlueEdge® BE-1300X laser. It makes it compatible with a variety of materials, including acrylate resin, ABS, polypropylene rigid rubber, and ceramic. It adopts resin cartridges to streamline the material loading and unloading. This system reduces the risk of spilling the material. The automatic heating mechanism and the material temperature control keep optimal temperatures for printing with resin materials. Print quality

The XFAB2000 is an SLA 3D printer. It features a Solid State BlueEdge® BE-1300X laser which is capable of printing layers at 10 microns. It offers a galvo scanning speed of 5000mm/s. It is also equipped with the Tank Translation Technology patented system. The TTT mechanism optimizes tank consumption and endurance. This way you can consistently and rapidly produce parts with smooth exterior surfaces and high-grade of detail. The dedicated print removal toolset and the simplified support removal are used to easily remove the finished prints from the bed and the extra support structures, reducing the risk of cracks and damage.

Materials

XFAB2000 adopts a proprietary cartridge resin system. Swapping from a cartridge to another is really easy and clean. Thanks to this system, handling your printing materials will be a child's play.

Each type has been specifically designed for professional applications, such as industrial design, jewelry, dentistry, educational use, and design testing. The resins are designed and manufactured in-house to grant the maximum quality of the finished product and the best physical-mechanical performance.

Printer controls

The printer is controlled via a USB-tethered PC. You can send your 3D models to the device directly from the printing software.
