The FLUX Beamo is the world's smallest laser cutter / engraver equipped with a powerful CO2 laser tube with a maximum laser cutting thickness of 5 mm. Despite its size, it is a well-rounded unit that is capable of cutting and engraving on almost any material, including wood, leather, fabric, cardboard, metal, acrylic, rubber, cement, foods, and also anodized aluminum and stainless steel. The Beambox Pro model employs a high-resolution laser with a beam smaller than the width of a human hair that engraves with 0.05 mm layer depths at 1,000 DPI resolution. It is a smartly designed fully enclosed machine with intuitive user interface that automatically pauses in case the lid has been opened during operation. The internal water cooling system keeps the machine's components at the proper temperature and provides a stable cutting process. Besides, the Beamo can be shut down manually by using a single switch if an emergency occurs. The integrated camera as well as easy to use software will make the working process even more convenient.

The machine is equipped with a powerful air pump and exhaust fans that help extract smoke and fumes and prevent material from catching fire while cutting and engraving. The filters have to be purchased additionally. There is also an air assist system that blows the smoke away from the laser lens and keeps it clean. Working area

The maximum working area of the Beamo is 300 x 210, with the maximum material height of 45 mm. This is enough for small and medium-scale design projects.

Machine controls

The Beamo can be controlled remotely via Ethernet or Wi-Fi. It is also possible to import your files to the Beamo directly using USB or choose from the recent task list on the touch panel. The machine's built-in color touchscreen with a neat-looking UI is perfectly suitable for effortless standalone operation.

The Beamo works with the Beam Studio—an in-house developed hassle-free software solution that provides a smooth one-stop crafting experience and various creative options. With this professional design software, designers can benefit from Beam Studio's seamless integration of Adobe Illustrator or import designs from AutoCAD, Inkscape, CorelDraw, and even Microsoft Word. Besides, there's also an iOS/Android app Beam Go that lets you control the device remotely. The Beamo software lets one edit text and vector files, modify bitmap images, align and distribute objects, and more. It is compatible with Windows, macOS, Linux, and Chrome Operating System.

The built-in camera alignment and preview option is one of the most interesting and useful features that the Beamo offers. Thanks to the built-in camera, one can place and preview or or equally distribute designs on any material as well as rotate them and scale to see what the final result will look like. Once you are ready to engrave or cut, enjoy preset parameters for power and speed based on your choice of materials.
