The FLUX HEXA is a professional desktop laser cutter and engraver featuring a 60W CO2 high-stability laser tube with a wavelength of 10640 nm (the laser tube lifespan is 10,000 hours with 1 year warranty). The laser beam is directed with a system of three reflective mirrors, and the optical focus lens inside the laser head can easily focus it to the diameter of about 0.2 mm to create a precise high-power beam capable of the maximum cutting thickness of up to 10 mm. Thus, FLUX HEXA perfectly cuts through acrylic ore wooden plate in one pass. You can also acquire an optional 1.5" short focus lens add-on to shrink down the laser spot and get the impressive 1000 dpi resolution for even more powerful laser cutting and maintaining superb quality.
Equipped with the fast Cortex M4 core chip, the FLUX HEXA reaches an incredible maximum engraving speed of 900 mm/s to fulfill business and professional requirements. With the autofocus function, FLUX HEXA can cut through thicker materials with multiple passes. Additionally, an electric elevation platform allows to automatically adjust the optimized platform height with a double tap. To facilitate cleaning and make your maintenance procedures and workflow easier, the FLUX HEXA is equipped with a built-in cleaning slot for collecting waste while cutting. You only need to pull it out afterwards and remove the residues.
The FLUX HEXA was designed with various safety measures in mind. First of all, it comes with an emergency power switch and smart lid detection. Once the lid is open during operation, it automatically pauses and resumes working only when closed again. The built-in safety sensors warn the user in case of an unplanned movement, provide overheated temperature warning or fire alarm. Shock absorbers on both front and rear lids ensure both safety and convenience while operating the machine. The FLUX HEXA is equipped with an efficient air filtering system: the laser creates smoke and fumes when operating, so the machine's exhaust extracts harmful and unpleasant substances, while an air pump prevents the material from catching fire in a smart and effective way.
If you want even more versatility and creative opportunities, you can purchase an optional rotary module for engraving on cylinder-shaped objects.
