Print quality

The IEMAI3D MAGIC-HT-M is an industrial FDM 3D printer that can print layers at 50 micron, a novel high resolution when printing huge industrial parts. The machine is engineered with an efficient, precise feeding system which allows steady and uniform extrusion at a fast print speed of up to 150 mm/s.

The MAGIC-HT-M model is equipped with a single extruder with the maximum hotend temperature up to 450 °C. Due to the modular extruder design, the printer provides simple maintenance and quick nozzle replacement making for a streamlined workflow.

The machine comes stock with a 0.4 mm nozzle. It also supports a broad set of diameters ranging from 0.6 to 0.8 and 1.0 mm, which ensures wider project diversity.

To further ensure the best possible accuracy of the printed models, the IEMAI3D MAGIC-HT-M comes with the auto-leveling function that helps to compensate for any imbalances of the platform and highly increases the chances of successful prints.

For consistent print quality and user convenience, the MAGIC-HT-M is engineered with the detachable carbon fiber build plate. Thanks to this solution, it takes only a few seconds to remove the printed models with a smooth and fine bottom.

Materials

The IEMAI3D MAGIC-HT-M features an open material system and supports any third-party 1.75 mm filament, including flexible, engineering-grade and high-performance materials, such as PEEK, CF-PEEK, PEKK, CF-PEKK, PEI, PPSU, PC, CF-PC, PA, CF-PA, GF-PA, ASA, ABS, CF-ABS, PETG, HIPS, TPU, PLA, CF-PLA, PVA, and more.

Equipped with a 150 °C heatable platform and fully enclosed chamber capable of keeping a stable temperature of up to 90 °C, the machine provides reduced risk of warping and stringing as well as higher reliability when printing with advanced consumables. The closed-box design also reduces printing noises making for quiet operation.

Build volume

The IEMAI3D MAGIC-HT-M 3D printer offers a decent build area of 8.7 x 8.7 x 8.7 inches (220 x 220 x 220 mm). This lets one produce a single large model or a wide variety of small-to-medium sized prints in batches without the need of splitting them, which makes for time-saving and increased productivity.

Printer controls and software

The IEMAI3D MAGIC-HT-M can be controlled via an integrated 3.5" full-color LCD touchscreen with a clear menu structure and intuitive user interface. Data input is performed via SD card, Ethernet (LAN), or Wi-Fi. With an optional camera, it is possible to remotely monitor the printing process.

The MAGIC-HT-M 3D printer comes bundled with the proprietary IEMAI 3D EXPERT software based on OrcaSlicer. The program features project-oriented workflows, optimized printing parameters, and user-friendly graphical interface allowing for effortless printing procedures. It supports STL, OBJ, and 3MF file formats and runs on Windows (64-bit version only). Apart from this, the printer is compatible with such popular slicers as Cura and Simplify3D.

Look and feel

The IEMAI3D MAGIC-HT-M is available in white with orange and black trimmings. Its stylish look and ergonomic design make it ideal for a variety of advanced industrial applications.

The machine dimensions are 19.9 x 17.1 x 20.3 inches (505 x 435 x 515 mm). It weighs approximately 77 lb (35 kg).
