The Intamsys TPU 95A (thermoplastic polyurethanes) is a highly flexible wear-resistant 3D printing polymer suitable for a large array of applications. The material shows even better chemical and high temperature resistance when compared to rubber. The parts made from TPU 95A are highly durable and impact resistant.
The Intamsys TPU 95A offers incredible elasticity which makes it a perfect material for creating clothing, footwear, and medical appliances. The filament features 95 shore A hardness and can stretch more than three times its length.
Thanks to its moderate printing conditions, TPU 95A can be printed on most desktop printers. The recommended extruder temperature for printing the Intamsys TPU 95A filament is 210–230 °C. The enclosed build chamber is not needed as well as a heated print bed, although heating up to 60 °C is recommended. Moderate cooling is also desirable.
The Intamsys TPU 95A 1.75 / 2.85 mm filament is sold in 750 g spools. It comes vacuum-sealed with desiccant.
