The Omni3D Factory 2.0 is a professional FDM 3D printer designed for demanding engineering tasks. Due to the standard filament diameter support, this industrial device can handle a wide range of proprietary and third-party materials. With a massive build volume of 19.7 x 19.7 x 19.7 inches (500 x 500 x 500 mm) and two extruders, the Factory 2.0 is able to produce large items and smaller batches simultaneously.

The device is equipped with a fully enclosed chamber with the heating function that allows working with fairly tricky filaments like ABS. Thanks to the high-efficiency fan, it is possible to create a controlled temperature inside the machine (max. 70 ºC), which prevents warping and deformation of printouts during the process. The maximum print head temperature is 360 ºC, while the optional value can reach 420 ºC.

Among other smart features introduced by the Factory 2.0, the printer offers an automated height adjustment system for the extruders, automatic platform calibration algorithms, filament flow control, carbon and HEPA filtration, and extruder cooling system.

The print quality of the Omni3D Factory 2.0 is precise and overall decent. The minimum layer height is 50 microns, and the declared print accuracy is 0.2%.

The complex models below are the result of the so called . They were printed in ABS-42 without supports in 43 hours. The final look proves that the Factory 2.0 is ready for such challenges.
