The PPS is capable of handling large amounts of powder in quite a short time. The machine is CE compliant and conforms to national standard dust explosion proof zone 22 certificate. In addition, it operates in both automatic and manual modes, which provides you with more flexibility when using the TPM3D SLS AM system.

The Parts & Powder Processing Station boasts a number of handy features making for an improved working process. Apart from the integrated dust explosion-proof mechanism, the list includes a powerful air flow module. Furthermore, the device offers low operation noise. 

The machine is extremely effective in combination with the TPM3D S-Series SLS 3D printers, including the S260, S360, S480, S600DL, and S800QL. As for the printing materials, they can be easily replaced if necessary.

Capabilities

The TPM3D Parts & Powder Processing Station is able to mix, feed, collect, and recycle powder with increased efficiency and confirmed safety. It supports a powder feeding rate of up to 50 kg/h to ensure maximum productivity and speed of any production cycle.

As you retrieve the build chamber after printing and lock it into the PPS, the powerful dust collectors suck in the powder dust generated during the unpacking and cleaning process and hence help to avoid the dust pollution at the workplace. The sieved powder is automatically conveyed to the mixer, where it is mixed with the fresh powder at a set ratio. Then, the material is conveyed pneumatically via a hose to the build unit for the next print. Due to this innovative handling procedure, no powder is exposed in the air, which results in a completely clean production.

The TPM3D Parts & Powder Processing Station is operated via a conveniently located display with a clear and user-friendly interface. The machine can be simultaneously connected to 1 or 2 SLS systems.
