The Phrozen Shuffle XL is an SLA professional 3D printer. It is a scaled version of the Shuffle model featuring a build volume of 190 x 120 x 200 mm. Like its counterpart, it has an industrial-grade, powder-coated enclosed frame and a dual Z-axis linear rail system. Its sturdiness makes it accurate, reliable and contributes to its longevity. It adopts the Phrozen proprietary ParaLED optical engine, which uses a special LED array matrix to emit light as parallel as possible. In this way, it is capable of producing high-resolution, neat outputs. Unlike its precursor, it adopts a larger 8.9-inch screen which allows for an XY resolution of 75 microns. It uses the MSLA technology to sinter an entire layer at a time. This means you can nest multiple models on the same platform to cut the lead time. The printer delivers capillary results with clean surfaces. It’s successfully used in prototyping and small-scale manufacturing. For example, it has been used to print ring models, figures, dental impressions, and more. Read the review for further specs.
This test print shows the amazing level of detail achievable. As you can see, the skin texture is almost perfect.
The picture shows a print in progress. The dental models look well-defined and rich in detail.
The dual Z-axis linear rail with a ball screw drive and the encapsulated, controlled chamber ensure optimal printing results. The performance design and the MSLA technology let you print layers at 10 microns. This way you can produce parts with smooth and clean exterior surfaces. The Phrozen Shuffle XL is able to produce fine details and durable products. It can operate at a printing speed of 3 cm per hour.
Phrozen Shuffle prints with commercial liquid resin materials. The open-material system makes it compatible with all 3rd party resins, giving you wider design possibilities.
The build area of 7.5 x 4.7 x 7.9 inches (190 x 120 x 200 mm) lets you print large prototypes in a single, uninterrupted session or batches of the same product.
The printer includes the NanoDLP host/control software. It lets you operate the printer independently via the onboard LCD touchscreen. You can also plug it to a PC or control it wirelessly over Wi-Fi.
You can send your files from a USB-tethered computer or over Wi-fi. You can also enter a USB stick into the dedicated port to launch your print.
The printer software, NanoDLP, is able to slice your 3D models directly onboard. It works with a variety of formats (STL, SLC, and ZIP ) and is available for Mac OS, Microsoft Windows, Linux.
