Raise3D Premium TPU-95A 1.75 mm 1 kg

The Raise3D Premium TPU-95A is a resilient, durable thermoplastic polyurethane filament suitable for a wide array of industrial applications. Featuring 95A Sore hardness, the TPU-95A is easier to print than other TPU polymers while maintaining high elasticity and flexibility.

The Premium TPU-95A is great for printing parts requiring impact absorption and a soft-touch surface finish. It is a highly durable material featuring excellent resistance to abrasion as well as some chemicals, low temperatures, and UV light. The filament is used both for prototyping and end-use parts manufacturing, such as seals, tubes, bushings, gaskets, protective cases, and others. Superior elasticity makes the Premium TPU-95A an ideal material for making shoes and insoles, clothing, and accessories.

The material has pretty moderate printing requirements and is compatible with most FDM 3D printers. For better results, the manufacturer recommends drying the filament before printing and optimizing flowrate and printing speed for more consistent extrusion. Printing with TPU-95A does not require building rafts.

• Nozzle temperature: 210–230 °C
• Bed temperature: 25–60 °C
• Layer height: 0.1–0.25 mm
• Printing speed: 25–50 mm/s

• Drying temperature: 70 °C
