The Roboze Plus PRO is a professional FDM 3D printer developed by the Italian-based Roboze manufacturer for high-performance printing of super polymers and composite materials. Packed with a variety of unique technologies and smart features, the machine is designed primarily for high-quality functional prototyping and tooling production.
Based on the patented Beltless System which uses mechatronic movement of the X and Y axes with C5 hardened helical rack and pinion gears instead of conventional rubber belts, the Roboze Plus PRO provides high accuracy and repeatability of printing results. Precise movement is ensured by stepper motors with high resolution encoders that automatically correct errors. The high-temp extruder and heated print bed have temperature sensors ensuring efficient thermal management for successful printing with most demanding engineering filaments.
Together with the launch of the PRO series machines, Roboze expanded its filament lineup with two high-performance materials, PEKK and ToolingX CF, thus providing a complete solution for manufacturing high-quality models capable of replacing metal parts. The PRO series Roboze printers are equipped with an HT dryer used to dry and heat filaments so that the printed parts have optimal mechanical strength and flawless surface finish.
The print bed of the Roboze Plus PRO heats up to 150 °C and uses polymer coatings which are firmly held in place due to a vacuum technology and provide perfect first layer adhesion.
One more component of Roboze printing ecosystem is the in-house developed Prometheus slicing software designed to streamline the print preparation process and make the best out of the printer's capabilities.

The printer’s high-quality, precise motion system makes for XY accuracy of 15 microns with Z-axis accuracy of 25 microns. Its efficient thermal management allows printing with any high-performance engineering filaments and creating parts with outstanding chemical, mechanical, and thermal properties. Printed models have perfect dimensional accuracy and surface finish and can be used as a more lightweight yet equally or even more durable substitute for metal parts in aerospace, automotive, energy, oil and gas, and other industries.
The default 0.4 mm nozzle can be replaced with optional 0.25–0.8 mm nozzles to meet various speed and quality requirements.

The maximum extruder temperature of 500 °C and the 150 °C heated print bed allow the Plus PRO to print with virtually all consumer and engineering thermoplastics and composites in the market, including PEEK, Carbon PEEK, Carbon PA, PEKK, ToolingX CF, PP, Flex-TPU, Functional-nylon, Strong-ABS, ABS-ESD, and ULTRA-PLA.
The integrated filament dryer with a maximum temperature reaching 120 °C allows keeping the materials in the best condition for consistent printing results.
The PRO series models are the most compact of the Roboze industrial printers. Yet, the Plus PRO’s build volume of 300 x 250 x 220 mm is slightly higher than that of the One PRO and is spacious enough for printing fairly large parts.
The printer is operated via a 5" touchscreen. It features USB, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet connection and can be monitored and controlled remotely for more efficient and seamless workflow.
The proprietary Prometheus slicer developed specifically for industrial printing provides comprehensive functionality combined with an intuitive, easy-to-use interface. The slicer features optimized profiles for Roboze 3D printers and filaments, including UltraFast and UltraQuality profile sets for different materials for incredible speed or ultra high level of detail.
