iReal 2E is a portable color 3D scanner. It can reproduce 24-bit color images with a point accuracy of 100 microns and a point distance of 0.2 to 3mm.
The iReal 2E works at an optimal scanning distance of 400mm. Its scan area ranges from 200 x 135mm to 400 x 270mm. The effective working range goes from 300 to 600 mm.
The scanner is controlled via a USB-tethered computer.
The scanner software supports a variety of output formats, including OBJ, STL, PLY, ASC, and SK. The final outputs are compatible with the most common 3D printers.
