Die and Model Resin is a photopolymer formulated for the production of removable dies and other dental models. It can be used to realize orthodontic and study models as well as parts for restorative applications.
It gives the model a crisp finish and a tight-fit. The tan color provides a rich surface texture. It lets you see every small detail. Thanks to its high flexural strength and flexural modulus, it produces strong and distortion-resistant parts ideal for everyday use.
This tan resin ships in 1L bottles. Remember to shake the bottle before printing and to wear gloves when handling the uncured resin.
After completing a print, remove the part and wash it in IPA (96% concentration) for a couple of seconds. Dry the part and post-cure it in SprintRay Pro Cure selecting the dedicated material profile.
