Print quality

The SprintRay MoonRay is a DLP 3D printer that can print layers at 20 microns. This way you can produce parts with smooth exterior surfaces. Thanks to its patented LED UV projector, it grants more control on print quality and resin curing while ensuring high dimensional accuracy, reliability and consistency.

Materials

SprintRay MoonRay prints with proprietary standard liquid resins, sculpting resin, castable resin, and flexible resin. This gives you more control over the design properties and printing process. 

Build volume

The build area of 5 x 3.2 x 8 inches (127 x 81.28 x 203.2 mm) lets you print just about anything, even parts for a dozer.

Printer controls

The printer is controlled via a built-in 7-inch touchscreen and a multi-functional push button. Its easy-to-use interface allows managing prints, material levels and device calibration. In case of need, it also plays contextual troubleshooting videos.

3D models can be printed from computer via Wi-Fi and Ethernet Cable.

The printer software, RayWare, is intuitive and user-friendly. It is aimed at increasing your productivity providing advanced features like printability control, dental CAD and more. A specific algorithm creates optimal supports avoiding material waste. It works with 3D models in OBJ and STL format that can be automatically integrated from 3rd party software. RayWare is available for both Windows and Mac OS.
