Calibry is a professional, handheld 3D scanner for industry use. It has been developed by the Russian Thor3D manufacturer. It adopts structured white-light technology for eye-safe use and accurate results. It employs patented texture cameras for capturing colors. Calibry is small and fast like a hummingbird (Colibri). It is inexpensive, ergonomic, and lightweight. You can easily use it just after unboxing and take it with you anywhere. It has been designed to scan medium-to-large parts, from 20 cm to 10m.
It produces industrial-grade, full-color 3D scans through simple operation: just point and scan. It is able to capture difficult-to-scan items, such as hair, sharp edges, dark and glossy products. It provides three different tracking modes: by geometry, texture or markers.
It is equipped with self-developed, patented cameras for quality results and lower production costs. It includes in-house powerful software and a built-in touchscreen with a real-time preview for seamless 3D scanning and post-processing experience. The scanner comes pre-calibrated. Nevertheless, the company provides a calibration board for any further calibration. Calibry can be used by engineers, doctors, designers, universities, artists, and more. Calibry is an industrial, handheld 3D scanner, which relies on structured light technology. It offers an accuracy of up to 0.1mm and a point resolution of 0.6mm. It is able to capture 3 million PPS at up to 30 frames per second. The 2.3 MP texture cameras ensure good texture resolution providing a field of view of 850 x 1,100 mm and a depth of view of 45-100 cm.
The device is able to capture human faces, engines, full-body scans and cars. By using the markers, it grants high accuracy on big, featureless products.

Calibry allows scanning and digitizing products from 20 cm to 10 m in length. This wide capture range lets you scan a variety of small and large parts with ease without loss of accuracy.
The scanner is controlled via a fitted, 4-inch touchscreen that enables simple operation and easy navigation. It works as a standalone 3D scanning device and doesn’t require the use of a pc. The onboard screen immediately shows the captured images for enhanced user experience.
Calibry comes bundled with the proprietary scanning software. The program is able to turn the raw data captured into complete 3D models. It allows adjusting texture brightness, switching between the various tracking modes and regulating specific parameters. After the capturing process, it lets you fill holes, simplify meshes, and apply textures with ease.
