WASP 3MT HDP 3D Printer

The Delta WASP 3MT HDP is an industrial 3D printer designed to print plastic granules. It boasts a massive build volume of 1 m in diameter and 1 m in height to produce large parts in a single session. The machine is equipped with a pneumatically loaded HDP extruder capable of working with standard, technical, and recycled thermoplastics. With the impressive output of 2 kg/h and independent material feed from the main 20 L tank, the device is ready for fast and efficient 24/7 printing. The model introduces the patented FIRECAP system for the chamber. Print quality

Thanks to the new brushless drivers and pneumatic brakes, the printer boasts greater stability and accuracy of prints. The laminated safety glass door class 2B2 and advanced control system provide outstanding thermo-acoustic insulation for the chamber, which ensures smooth workflow with temperature sensitive materials, such as ABS.

Printer controls

The control unit of the Delta WASP 3MT HDP is equipped with a 7" TFT touchscreen with a clear user-friendly interface. The 60 LED RGB bar at the top of the device provides information on the working status of the machine. Moreover, the model is engineered with a camera that makes for remote control of the process.

The machine supports WiFi, LAN, and USB connectivity. You can manage the device directly via a phone, tablet, or computer.
