The 3D Labs HTX is a professional high-temperature desktop FDM 3D printer that is aimed at cost-effective additive manufacturing with the most demanding materials, such as PEEK, PEI, PC, etc. To accelerate workflow and achieve greater consistency and repeatability, the printer is equipped with a large build volume and top-quality reliable components, including high-temperature magbed, actively heated chamber, redesigned dual extruder with lifting nozzles for multi-material printing, carbon fiber removable build plates for time- and cost-saving production, and other innovative mechanisms.

Among other smart features, the machine offers a filament runout sensor, resume printing function, HEPA filtration system, convenient touch screen, advanced web interface allowing you to remotely control the printer from your phone, workstation, tablet, or any other device, and automated wizards for platform calibration, mesh bed leveling, Z-offset, input shaper, and more.

Thanks to the actively heated build chamber ensuring a constant 100 °C heated environment coupled with dense foil-backed insulation, printed parts have superior layer bonding and strength when compared to passively heated chambers.

In addition, the 3D Labs HTX is equipped with a heated bed able to achieve 220 °C. It is based on MIC6 Arconic aluminum plate that guarantees flatness, hassle-free print removal, and excellent first layer adhesion.
