The AXIOM 20 is a large-format FDM professional 3D printer. It is a robust, fully enclosed printer made with durable, high-grade aluminum parts, which make it durable yet lightweight. It is available as a dual- or single extruder printer and supports interchangeable nozzles. The Dual Direct Drive version features two independent nozzles, which allow for multi-material and multi-color printing. It can produce full-density parts running for more than 200 hours uninterruptedly. It adopts a double-sided, heated bed made of flex-resistant, borosilicate glass. The automatic bed leveling avoids time-consuming manual calibration. It includes wireless connectivity over Wi-Fi and a user-friendly LCD screen for seamless user experience. The machine is able to print with a wide range of filaments, including difficult-to-print ones. It’s successfully used for prototyping and small-scale manufacturing in a variety of industries. For example, it has been used to produce cosplay costumes, functional tools, automotive parts, and more. Keep reading to learn more about the Axiom 20.
The printer has been used to 3D print an ABS-made transfer case. Despite its large size, it looks really good and accurate.

The AXIOM 20 Large Format 3D Printer comes standard with a 0.5 mm nozzle. The printer supports additional, easy-to-swap nozzles (from 0.8 to 0.35mm). You can use the 0.35 nozzle to achieve finer details or the 0.8 one to benefit from truly strong models and fast print times.
The print head runs on rods with linear bearings, making the design more simple, lightweight and effective, all characteristics that are desirable in a 3D printer. In addition, the printer adopts a Z-axis supported by a precision ball screw, which guarantees high repeatability and zero recoils.
AXIOM 20 Large Format 3D Printer prints with over 40 thermoplastic materials, including ABS, PC, PP, Nylons, TPE, TPU, and other materials.
The extruder comes with fans for printing with PLA-type materials. By cooling the model down, it reduces warping, stringing and, generally, makes for higher quality prints.
Unlike many FDM printers, the EVO 22 Large 3D Printer has a heated print bed that heats up to 150°C and a closed print chamber, which means it can reliably print with ABS-type materials.
The extruder has a maximum working temperature of 599 °F (315 °C), which means it can print high-temperature materials like PEEK, ABS/PC, PEI, carbon fiber and glass fiber.
The AXIOM 20 Large Format 3D Printer prints with 2.85 mm filament, providing you with a wide choice of materials.
The build area of 12.5 x 12 x 20 inches (317 x 304 x 508 mm) lets you print just about anything, even an imposing spiral tower.
Made of ABS filament and Wolfbite bed adhesion solution, it turned out pretty well and highly detailed.
