BlueCast Original for Formlabs 500g

The BlueCast Original is a castable 3D printing resin fully compatible with the Formlabs printer profiles and SLA devices. In terms of physical properties, it mostly resembles wax, so you can safely use the same toolset. Moreover, the material boasts exceptional weldability with wax sprues and can be easily hand-shaped after printing.

The resin provides minimal shrinkage and great dimensional accuracy, which makes for perfect reproduction of fine detail. The BlueCast Original shows virtually no expansion and emits no odor during the burnout process. A minimal amount of ash residue does not exceed 0.003%. The resin prints in a blue color, resulting in a pleasing appearance of the objects printed.

The BlueCast Original can be widely used in various jewelry design projects requiring engravings, micro-incisions, micro-reliefs, and watermarks. Due to its high definition and smooth finish, the resin allows you to print investment patterns for small yet intricately decorated jewelry pieces, such as medals, coins, rings, and more.
