The Builder Extreme 1500 is a large-format professional 3D printer that can print layers at 100 microns. The surface finish is not as smooth as you get with the more expensive printers but is more than enough for prototyping and design proofing. Equipped with a heated bed and a closed chamber, it can print with high-temp materials granting high-quality, repeatable results. The filament detection sensor and the Uninterruptible Power Supply resume reduce the risk of printing failures due to the end of the filament and power outage. The dual-feed system lets you extrude two materials from a single nozzle. It produces consistent results over time. It can reach a print speed of 120 mm/s.
The Builder Extreme 1500 comes stock with two 0.4mm nozzles, which can heat up to 260°C. In addition, it supports multiple nozzle diameters, including 0.8 and 1.2mm. In this way, you will be able to choose the nozzle size that best meets your printing needs. Larger the size, lower the detail and faster the print speed.
