The Creatbot f430 is an FDM industrial 3D printer. Entirely made of powder-coated steel, it grants high stability, endurance and printing precision. It features a fully enclosed heated chamber designed for printing with high-performance, engineering-grade filaments, such as PEEK and PEI. It is a dual-extruder device capable of printing with two different materials simultaneously. The large print area of 400 x 300 x 300mm allows producing functional tools for industrial use.
The Creatbot f430 can process standard filaments as well as specialty ones. It is equipped with a glass-ceramic hot bed, a hot air system, a power-off recovery system, and an end-of-the-filament sensor. These thoughtful features along with a full metal replaceable hotend, an efficient air filtration system and an optional high-temperature nozzle make for high-quality results. The BL-touch automatic leveling reduces the need for time-consuming manual calibration.
The f430 can be used for a variety of applications in multiple industries, including rapid prototyping, small-scale manufacturing, and scientific research. Reliable and stable, the first generation of Creatbot 3D printers now counts more than 8,000 hours of working in over 5 years. They can print without interruption 24/7. For example, Creatbot f430 can be used for the production of dental implants and impressions. Its high-precision allows creating accurate models, just like the one pictured below.
It is also ideal for manufacturing industrial parts and molds. Look at the picture to see the level of detail it can achieve.
The Creatbot f430 is a large-scale FDM 3D printer designed for printing with high-performance filaments. It can print layers at 40 microns. This lets you produce parts with smooth exterior surfaces and fine details. Thanks to a state-of-the-art feeding mechanism and quality guide rails, it can print as fast as 120 mm/s without the risk of clogging. The automatic leveling function uses 25 points to determine the bed flatness before every print, while an intelligent Z-axis compensation system automatically calibrates the platform while printing.
The Creatbot f430 comes stock with two 0.4mm nozzles, giving you the best balance between speed and detail.
The printer’s body is entirely made of steel. The print head runs on linear guide rails. This makes printing reliable, fast and precise.
The Creatbot f430 employs a dual extruder print head with swappable hotends. The left hotend heats to 260°C. It is ideal for printing with PLA, ABS, PETG, HIPS, PVA, PC, TPU, PP, Nylon, Carbon fiber, and other consumables. The right one is made of martensite steel. It reaches up to 420°C being able to process PEEK, ULTEM, Metal Fill, and other high-performance filaments.
Creatbot f430 features both a heated bed and a closed hot chamber. Thus, it can reliably with both ABS-type and temperature-sensitive materials. The glass-ceramic platform includes a removable carbon fiber sheet for improved first layer adhesion. It reaches a maximum temperature of 120°C. The heated chamber can heat up to 70°C. It prevents temperature fluctuations while enabling quieter operation.
The Creatbot f430 can print with all types of 1.75mm filaments.
The build area of 15.7 x 11.8 x 11.8 inches (400 x 300 x 300 mm) lets you print large models in one piece. Larger objects can be printed in parts.
The device can be controlled via the integrated 4.3-inch touch screen. Easy-to-use and user-friendly, it lets you launch a print and manage its printing settings through a single button.
3D models can be printed from a USB-connected computer or via a U Disk.
The Creatbot f430 includes the proprietary CreatWare 3D slicing software. It also supports the most common Simplify 3D, Cura, and Slic3r programs. It works with STL, OBJ, and AMF file formats. The own-brand software is compatible with Windows (7, 8, 10) and Mac OS.
