The Creatbot F430 is an FDM industrial 3D printer with enhanced high-thermal efficiency. Due to its robust construction entirely made of powder-coated steel, the printer ensures high stability, endurance, external impact protection, noise reduction, and printing precision. It features a fully enclosed heated chamber designed for printing with high performance, engineering-grade filaments, such as Nylon, Polycarbonate. It is a dual extruder device capable of printing with two different materials simultaneously. The large print area of 400 x 300 x 300 mm allows producing functional tools for industrial use.

Apart from standard materials, the Creatbot F430 3D printer is capable of printing special filament. It is equipped with a 4.3'' touch screen, a glass-ceramic hot bed, a hot air system, a power recovery system, and a filament run-out sensor. These thoughtful features along with a full metal replaceable hotend, an efficient air filtration system for environmental protection, and an optional high temperature nozzle provide high quality outputs. The printer's air filter enables it to be placed anywhere without emitting potentially harmful particles. In addition, the new BL-touch smart version allows one to achieve fully automatic leveling, avoid invalid printing, and reduce the need for time-consuming manual calibration.

The Creatbot F430 model can be used for just about every application in multiple industries, including rapid prototyping, small-scale manufacturing, and scientific research. Due to its safe, sustainable, and efficient operation, the printer is suitable for usage in any office space or school. Reliable and stable, the first generation of Creatbot 3D printers now counts more than 8,000 hours of working in over 5 years. They can print without interruption 24/7. Keep reading for a complete review.

For example, the Creatbot F430 can be used for the production of dental implants and impressions. Its high printing accuracy allows creating precise models of any filaments, just like the product pictured below.

It is also ideal for manufacturing industrial components and molds. Look at the picture to see the level of detail the Creatbot F430 3D printer can achieve.

Print quality

The Creatbot F430 is a large-scale FDM 3D printer designed for work with temperature-sensitive and high-performance filaments. With a fairly precise nozzle, it can print layers at the 0.04 mm resolution. This lets you produce parts with a clean and flat surface and fine detailing. Thanks to a state-of-the-art extruder feeding system and sustainable quality guide rails that support high-speed printing without sacrificing accuracy, the machine can extrude filament steady and print at the best printing speed of 120 mm/s without the risk of clogging. The automatic leveling function uses 25 points to determine the bed flatness before every print, while an intelligent Z-axis compensation system is able to automatically memorize the current position and save print data to calibrate it while printing.

The Creatbot F430 comes stock with two 0.4 mm nozzles, giving you the best balance between speed and detail.

The printer's whole steel body is reasonably combined with aluminum casting for motion components. The print head runs on linear guide rails. This makes for printing reliability, impressive speed, and high precision.

Materials

The Creatbot F430 employs a dual extruder print head with multiple nozzle options. The left hotend reaches the temperature of 260 °C. It is ideal for printing with PLA, ABS, PETG, HIPS, PVA, PC, TPU, PP, Nylon, Carbon fiber, and other filaments. The right one is made of martensite steel. It reaches up to 420 °C being able to process Nylon, Polycarbonate, Metal Fill, and other high-performance material. Throughout the complete additive manufacturing process, the extruder works smoothly and consistently with most materials.

The Creatbot F430 features both a heated bed and a closed hot chamber. Thus, it can reliably print high-performance materials including both ABS-type and temperature-sensitive filaments. The heatable glass-ceramic platform includes a removable carbon fiber sheet for improved first layer adhesion. It reaches a max temperature of 120 °C. The heated chamber provides a constant room temperature of up to 70 °C. This sealed hot chamber assures quieter operation while preventing temperature fluctuations.

The Creatbot F430 3D printer is suitable for multiple grades of material. It can work with all types of 1.75 mm filaments that require high extrusion temperatures.

Build volume

The build area of 15.7 x 11.8 x 11.8 inches (400 x 300 x 300 mm) lets you print large models in one piece. Larger objects can be printed in parts.

Printer controls

The device can be controlled via the integrated 4.3 inch touch screen. Easy to use and user friendly, it lets you launch a print and manage its settings through a single button.

3D models can be printed from a USB-connected computer or via a U Disk.

The Creatbot F430 includes the proprietary CreatWare 3D slicing software with a flexible toolset that extends your possibilities and enables user-friendly printing process. It also supports the most common Simplify 3D, Cura, and Slic3r programs. The Creatbot F430 supports STL, OBJ, AMF, and Gcode file formats. The own-brand software is compatible with Windows (7, 8, 10) and macOS.
