CreatBot Ultra PA 1.75 mm 1 kg

The CreatBot Ultra PA is a high-temperature nylon thermoplastic filament ideal for printing durable parts. The key advantages of Nylon are its high impact and abrasion resistance. The filament is heat-resistant and features excellent toughness and partial flexibility, which makes it suitable for numerous industrial applications. It is widely used in such industries as aerospace, automotive, industrial equipment and machinery, consumer electronics, and more. Parts printed with the Ultra PA show good dimensional stability and smooth surface finish.

The CreatBot Ultra PA boasts lower moisture uptake compared to other nylon filaments, which are normally hygroscopic. Still, it is recommended to dry the filament for better printing results and keep it sealed in a dry place. To prevent warping issues, it is better to print with an enclosure.

The recommended printing parameters for the CreatBot Ultra PA filament are as follows:

• Nozzle temperature: 280–300 °C
• Bed temperature: 70–80 °C
• Chamber temperature: not required
• Drying: 100 °C / 10 h
• Print speed: 30–90 mm/s
• Cooling fan: off / low
